Education to me is about ‘Self learning and acquiring the wisdom of life’.
Education is not merely about incorporation of facts but also of values which help us improve the different facets of mankind.
Education should aim towards preparing the mind-set for excellence; excellence can be achieved in various fields depending on the student’s capacities and capabilities. Therefore, the system of education should work as a catalyst in making each student a balanced human being having his core strengths embedded in the learning experiences emanating from our rich practices.
Today, classrooms have become epitomes for collaborative and comprehensive learning that would enhance the organizational growth and prepare the students for challenging roles in the future. Therefore, there is a constant need to update and upgrade. We as educators also need to learn, un-learn and re-learn to remain contemporary and fill the gaps in learning.
